Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 8, 2026 · Effective date: September 8, 2026

Welcome to Yovio. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Yovio Telegram Mini App, the Yovio bot, and any related backend services or communications (together, the “Service”). Please read them carefully before buying or activating an eSIM through Yovio.

In these Terms, “Customer”, “you” and your” mean you as the user of the Service. “Yovio”, “we”, “our” and “us” mean Yovio LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States (filing number 0008121473), with its registered office at 1209 Mountain Road Pl Ne, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, US, as the operator of the Yovio Service.

1. Agreement to these Terms

Your access to and use of the Service is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms. By opening the Yovio Mini App, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with the Yovio Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms apply to every visitor and user of the Service. They do not replace or override the Telegram Privacy Policy, the Telegram Bot Terms, or the Telegram Mini App Terms — those continue to govern your relationship with Telegram itself.

2. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document and, when the change is material, we will let you know inside the Mini App or by email before the new version takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the new version is in force means you accept the updated Terms.

We may also change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. The Service

3.1 What Yovio is

Yovio is an eSIM marketplace operated entirely inside Telegram. Through the Mini App you can:

The eSIM itself — that is, the connectivity — is provisioned through upstream eSIM connectivity providers and the mobile network operators they partner with. Yovio sells the plan, takes care of provisioning, and supports you. The underlying network service is delivered by those carriers.

3.2 Account and access

There is no separate Yovio username or password. Your account is created automatically the first time you open the Mini App, using the signed identity payload Telegram passes to us. Your Telegram account is, in effect, your Yovio account.

You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure (a strong cloud password, two-step verification, and not letting other people sign in as you). Anyone who can use your Telegram account can use your Yovio account, including buying eSIMs and viewing your order history.

You may optionally add an email address from the account screen so we can send you receipts and activation details outside Telegram.

3.3 eSIM profiles

Each Yovio eSIM is delivered as a QR code and/or as direct activation details that you install on your device. Once an eSIM has been installed and then deleted from your device, it cannot be reissued or restored. The same eSIM profile cannot be installed on a second device.

You are fully responsible for installing the eSIM, keeping the QR code safe until installation, and managing the eSIM on your device. We are not liable for any loss, cost, or damage caused by mishandling the QR code, deleting the profile, or installing it on the wrong device.

3.4 Device compatibility

Yovio works only on devices that:

Compatibility depends on the device model, the firmware version, and the carrier the device was originally sold by. Before buying a plan, please check that your device is compatible — we list the requirements in the Mini App and in our support resources. Yovio is not responsible for orders placed on incompatible or carrier-locked devices.

To use a Yovio eSIM, you may also need to set the correct Access Point Name (APN) and turn on data roaming on your device. We will guide you through this, but the final configuration is your responsibility, and we do not accept liability if data does not work because of incorrect device settings.

4. Our obligations

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and to deliver each eSIM you purchase. However, both the availability and the quality of the underlying mobile data service depend on factors outside our control, including:

We will try to keep disruption to a minimum, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or coverage in a particular location.

5. Your obligations

You agree to use the Service in compliance with these Terms and to take responsibility for all activity carried out under your Telegram account on Yovio.

You will not use the Service:

If you breach these obligations, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, refuse future orders, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. During any period of suspension, you remain liable for amounts already owed to us.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If applicable law in your country sets the age of consent higher, that higher age applies. By using Yovio you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to offer the Service to any person or to make it available in a particular country or region, and we may change our eligibility criteria at any time.

7. Purchases and payment

7.1 Payment methods

Yovio supports the following payment methods inside the Mini App:

When you confirm a payment, you authorise us and the relevant payment processor to charge you the amount shown at checkout. You confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method you choose and that the funds belong to you. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or crypto wallet private keys.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back without a valid reason, we may suspend your access to the Service and to any eSIM purchased with that payment.

7.2 Pricing

7.3 Promo codes and bonuses

Promo codes, referral credits, and loyalty bonuses are issued at our discretion. We may suspend, change, or revoke them at any time, and we may refuse to honour them if we reasonably believe they are being abused.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Because each eSIM is a digital product provisioned by an upstream network, our cancellation and refund rules follow the state of the plan:

Every refund is credited to your YoviPay balance inside the Mini App, in U.S. dollars. Refunds are not returned to the card, wallet, crypto address, or Telegram Stars account you paid from — this is the case for all payment methods, without exception.

For crypto payments, the amount credited is the U.S. dollar value of the order: we do not return the original coins, network fees are not refunded, and any change in the exchange rate between the time of purchase and the time of refund is not compensated. For Telegram Stars, the refund is likewise credited in U.S. dollars to your YoviPay balance rather than in Stars.

To request a refund, contact us at support@yovio.io or through the support flow inside the Mini App.

9. Duration and termination

The contract between you and Yovio for a given order starts at the moment you place that order in the Mini App, and ends when the eSIM has been installed and activated on your device, or when the plan expires. Until then the plan stays pending and can be cancelled as described in section 8. Installing and activating the eSIM on your device is your responsibility.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe you are using the Service fraudulently or abusively, or if we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can also delete your Yovio profile from the account screen inside the Mini App. Records we are required to keep by law (in particular, billing records) will be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Privacy

How we collect, use, and share information about you is described in the Yovio Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including the Yovio name, logo, designs, the Mini App, the backend, and the content we publish — belong to Yovio or are licensed to Yovio. The Service and its contents are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Service for your own personal use as described in these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works of the Service, and you may not use the Yovio name or logo without our prior written permission.

12. Third-party services

The Service relies on, and may link to, third-party platforms and services, including Telegram, Stripe, NOWPayments, blockchain networks, upstream eSIM connectivity providers, and the mobile network operators that carry the data. These third parties have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or actions of any third party, and the presence of a link or an integration does not mean we endorse them.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you as a consumer.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises out of or in connection with these Terms and cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring the dispute before your local court.
